<p>This fast-growing plants flourish in various type of soil suitable as pioneer species utilized in reforestation. They can be easily propagated from cuttings and seeds, although the seeds need mechanical or chemical scarification to overcome dormancy due to it hard shell. The wood is susceptible to insect damage, and mature trees are known to experience branch breakage; consequently, they are often placed away from roadsides and high-traffic areas.</p>
